By subscribing to SCW ReFORM, you agree to the following subscription terms:

Introductory Rate
Your ReFORM subscription will be billed at the special introductory rate of $29.95 per month, regularly $49.95 per month. Your first payment will be charged on December 1, 2026.

Automatic Monthly Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew each month at $29.95 using the payment method provided at enrollment unless you cancel your subscription.

Lock In Your Introductory Rate
By subscribing early, you will lock in the $29.95 monthly introductory rate for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel and later choose to rejoin, the current subscription rate at that time will apply.

Subscription Access
An active subscription provides access to ReFORM programming, education, choreography, resources, and other subscriber content made available through the ReFORM member site. Access continues as long as your subscription remains active and payments are current.

Recurring Payment Authorization
By subscribing, you authorize SCW Fitness Education to automatically charge your selected payment method each month for the applicable subscription fee until you cancel.

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date to prevent the next monthly charge. Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund or credit for subscription fees already paid. Access will continue through the end of your current paid subscription period.

Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be processed, access to ReFORM may be suspended until your account and payment information are brought current.

Subscription Content
ReFORM materials are provided for use by active subscribers in connection with their professional fitness instruction. Subscription materials, choreography, videos, graphics, educational resources, and other proprietary content may not be copied, resold, redistributed, shared, or made available to non-subscribers except as specifically permitted by SCW Fitness Education.

Agreement
By checking the subscription box and completing your enrollment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these subscription terms and authorize recurring monthly billing beginning December 1, 2026.
