SCW OnDemand & SCW Membership subscribers,\u00a0\u00a0you must be logged into your account<\/strong> to modify\/cancel your subscription status. This applies to any and all products\/services purchased in the SCW store.<\/p>\n

Please follow the instructions below and always use the rule of thumb “When In Doubt…Visit My Account<\/a>“<\/strong>.

Step 1: Log Into Your Account<\/h5>\n

To cancel your SCW OnDemand Subscription or SCW Membership Subscription you must be logged into your account. To log into your account click the \u201cMy Account<\/a>\u201d link. If you lost your password, you can always recover and reset it using the \u201cLost Password<\/a>\u201d link.<\/div><\/div>\n

Step 2: Click the \u201cSubscriptions\u201d Button<\/h5>\n

Click the \u201cSubscriptions\u201d button located directly under the title \u201cMy Account\u201d. <\/div><\/div>\n

Step 3: Click the \u201cView\u201d Button<\/h5>\n

Click the green \u201cView\u201d Button next to the subscription you wish to cancel. <\/div><\/div>\n

Step 4: Click the \u201cCancel\u201d Button<\/h5>\n

Click the green \u201cCancel\u201d Button to cancel your Subscription. Once your subscription term ends you will no longer be billed and access to this premium content will no longer be available. <\/div><\/div>\n
