He is President and owner of F.I.T., Inc., Master Instructor for SPRI, a Schwinn Master Trainer, a Master Instructor for ActivMotion Bar and the Area Group Fitness Manager for Equinox. Robert holds a BA degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Maryland and is a Gold Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor by ACE, AFAA and ACSM.
